Cellsway has received Advanced Assurance for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) from the UK tax authority HM Revenue & Customs. EIS will offer tax relief to investors for Cellsway’s next investment round, which is needed to fund key product development activities and to meet company’s long-term business objectives.
